PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

The sports industry has become increasingly disconnected from nature, leading to an alarming level of waste and carbon emissions. This has created a situation where the very products that are intended to bring out the best in athletes are doing the worst damage to the planet. There is an urgent need to rethink how we approach sports and make changes to ensure that we prioritize sustainability and environmental stewardship. Only by taking proactive steps can we hope to create a more sustainable future for both athletes and the planet.

Everything needs to change, every single product and service needs to be reworked to create replacements that are environmentally friendlier.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Sporting goods are typically manufactured using fossil fuels, which results in the release of high amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. We recognize the urgent need to address this issue and are committed to doing our part to prevent air pollution and mitigate the impacts of climate change. One of the ways we're working towards this goal is by transitioning to 100% renewable energy in all of our operations. By relying on renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power, we can drastically reduce our carbon footprint and help create a more sustainable future for all.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Pollution is a major problem, and unfortunately, the sports industry is contributing to its growth. Many sporting goods end up in landfills because they are made with materials that are difficult and expensive to recycle. We're committed to doing things differently. We design all of our products using materials that can either be easily recycled or safely reincorporated back into nature, reducing waste and helping to build a more sustainable future.

PROTECT AND RESTORE

We believe that our company has a legal responsibility to not only protect the environment, but also to restore it to its natural state. By supporting environmental programs and collaborating with environmental organizations is that our regenerative blueprint truly comes to life.

NET-ZERO

To stabilize the planet we need to cut carbon into the air by 100% and remove what has exceeded our planetary boundaries. We are committed to achieving a net-zero carbon footprint by taking action across three organizational scopes: direct emissions from our operations, emissions from energy purchases, and emissions from other parties that we influence. This means not only reducing our carbon footprint but also investing in carbon removal approaches. Our ultimate goal is to leave the planet in a better state than we found it, and achieving a net-zero carbon footprint is a crucial step in that direction.
